Terms of Aramex supplementary insurance:

  • Without prior declaration of the value of goods: 100 dollars/shipment
  • Maximum coverage: USD 10,000 per package

  • Lottery tickets
  • Illegal objects
  • Certain liquids
  • Certain stones (such as fossils)
  • Pornographic material
  • Packages that have a strange smell or are damp
  • Perishable products
  • Plants
  • Postal addresses
  • Goods whose source is prohibited
  • Human remains
  • Goods insufficiently protected in their packaging
