Tracking: follow your shipment from


When a mail or a parcel is very important, it is a security to know where it is, in particular if the destination country is far away. This is the reason why your shipment is “scanned” at every step of its journey.

Expedismart enables you, from the website, to track all your shipments. Place your computer mouse on your username (your email) at the top of the screen on the right, then click on “track my shipment” (“suivre mes envois” in French).


Then, you will get to a page which will show all shipments booked from Expedismart and which are currently in transit. Select the one whose localization you want to get by clicking on the button “track” (“suivre” in French) on the left of the column (see picture below).


The page shows you each day the activity of the parcel (successful removal, in transit, clearance, delivered, etc.) from the most recent to the oldest.


If the “event” mentioned on the tracking are identical for over 24 hours, for example the information “Warehouse Scan”, do not hesitate to contact Expedismart. It can mean that the parcel is retained in a warehouse.

Expedismart tracks all the shipments by using the service. But the faster the anomaly is detected, the faster it can be solved.
